  Having suffered from pain in my foot for over 12 months and being told by my doctor there was not really much that could be done, I decided that I was not prepared to accept my suffering anymore. I researched into other alternative routes and came across Biomechanix foot & knee clinic.
  After my first initial appointment, assessment and treatment which detected knee & hip problems, I was offered a steroid injection and I was pain free and able to walk easily with less pain. Following my next consultation Dr. Ali detected further complications which he showed on a scan and explained thoroughly, I was able to understand why I had been suffering so much pain. I have had 3 appointments with treatment and my progress to now get my foot,leg/hip aligned correctly to prevent complications later in life are under way in less than 6 weeks. The NHS waiting time is around 6-9 months which is not a problem for anybody who does not mind waiting, by paying private is not a cheap option, but if the treatment can be given quickly and you can get on with your life then it was an easy decision for me, I know how much pain I was in and nobody else can feel it or have to put up with it, money should not be a bone of contention as you are responsible for your own health & well being.
